Annoying!

Hokay, this could turn into a rant, so you have been warned.
As of right now, I. HATE. MY. JOB. I hate it. I really do. I hate the hours, having to work weekends now, and not having holidays off. Plus, there are several things that have happened that remind me of exactly WHY I loathe foodservice in the first place. And when I request off, I am not even guaranteed to have it! Just like McDONALD'S.
Currently, I am not only annoyed with the fact that my new job blows huge chunks, but I am annoyed with this other place I have been trying to get on at. I've been trying to get hired at Quality Printing doing bindery since March when my hours at Insta Print initially got cut, and here it is almost JUNE and I still don't have a 'yes' or 'no' answer. Instead they keep putting me off! They keep saying, "Well come back in 2 weeks." "Come back on Monday." On Wednesday of last week I was told to come in on Friday, so I did just that. THEN the guy, I guess, forgot about me. So I come in today, and they're like, "You'll have to come back Monday because he's on vacation in Florida." OMG! *headdesk* Here it's almost June, and I have been trying to get on at this place since MARCH for crying out loud! I have been more than patient with these people, but my patience is wearing extremely thin. Apparently, they have a lot of work in bindery, but they can't decide what they want to do. Here's a decision for you: S*** OR GET OFF THE POT!!!! The longer I work at the hospital, the more roped into the job I get. I want to leave without giving a 2 week notice even because I haven't worked there long enough to merit giving ANY kind of notice. When I worked at Insta Print, we had a meeting every Monday morning at 8 am. It lasted maybe 5-10 minutes and we discussed what all was going on that week. Why don't they just do that? Or maybe have a short one after work?? How hard is it?
My husband thinks that I need to continue to be patient. He said that when he was trying to get hired at our airport, it took him a full year before he was offered the job. So I dunno. Right now, I'm extremely annoyed, and I'm sorry guys! >.< I just had to get it off my chest.
